We invite you to a very special tasting – a masterclass that, to our knowledge, has never been held before in Austria: Sparkling sake (bottle fermentation!) in direct comparison – not in competition – with estate champagne. The SHIKI Sakethek team will explain the production of sparkling sake, while Champagne Characters will delve deeper into the directly imported estate champagnes.
In six exciting flights, one of which will be still, Japanese elegance meets French finesse. We’ll serve edamame, the classic sake accompaniment, and fresh baguette as a tribute to Team Champagne.
An afternoon full of bubbles, flavors, and surprises—from delicate sweetness to fine minerality.
