With the opening of the SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek, this world is now expanding into a new dimension – a heartfelt project by Joji Hattori that unites pleasure, culture, and craftsmanship in unique harmony.

Joji Hattori pursues a vision with the SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek that goes far beyond cuisine: to create a place where the depth and beauty of Japanese culture can be experienced in its entirety. Inspired by his lifelong connection to both Japan and Europe, this project combines his passion for hospitality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship. The SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek brings together three closely interconnected worlds under one roof: a stylishly curated boutique featuring selected art objects from Japanese artisan studios; a Sakethek, where premium sake can not only be purchased but also tasted; and an exclusive eight-seat omakase restaurant, where culinary precision and high-level sake pairings are celebrated. A special highlight is the counter, where guests can watch the chef as he artfully prepares sushi and other Japanese specialties right before their eyes.
